Senior Producer – Mobile

As the team’s Senior Producer, you will spearhead production ensuring the creation of excellent games to our dedicated player community. You will have a major impact on the player experience, the quality, and the feeling of the product. At Mojang you will work in an environment that encourages you to embrace creativity and contribute your producer skills and unique perspectives to the team.

As a Senior Producer – Mobile, you will: 

• Lead a new, small Mobile team to deliver great mobile experiences successfully
• Plan development and deliveries in close collaboration with Art, Engineering, and Design in a small cross-functional team
• Present plans and games to a variety of stakeholders within Mojang
• Work with qualitative and quantitative data to make data-informed business, planning, and design decisions
• Take on staff manager responsibilities for the mobile games team if and as necessary
• Create a strong and healthy team culture that enables speed and success.
• Continuously identify and execute areas for improvement
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the Mojang and Microsoft organization, such as Marketing, Services, and Business Development
• Hop in and help get things done as needed

We believe you are someone who has: 

• Experience shipping at least one mobile game from start to release to postlaunch
• Good understanding of UX, game loops, monetization loops, and user research in mobile games
• Proficiency in modern game engines (Unity and/or Unreal)
• Experience working in an international environment and the ability to express yourself fluently in English 
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
• An ability to take the players’ perspective to make approachable and fun experiences
• A desire to advocate for an inclusive, open, and friendly work environment
