CPO

Bokadirekt is Sweden’s market-leading software and consumer marketplace for the health and beauty sector with over 20,000 professional users. Every month, 5 million consumers visit Bokadirekt, and close to 2 million bookings are made through its web and app. 

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer who will lead our product development team, you will be shaping and executing our product strategy to drive technological advancement and growth. This is a key role in shaping our product offerings, enhancing user experience, and sustaining our market leadership position. As CPO, you are part of the senior management team reporting directly to the CEO.

About the role

As the CPO, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including product, UX, engineering, sales and other stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the product experience for both our service providers and consumers.

Your responsibilities include

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from idea to market release involving all stakeholders, with transparent criteria and data-driven backward assessment to continuously define and adjust the product roadmap.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and pain points. Use customer feedback and market insight to continuously iterate and improve products, ensuring they meet and exceed customers expectations. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders, internal and external, to gather feedback and align product strategies with business objectives.
• Market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs and utilize insights to refine business development strategies, and differentiate their offerings to unlock new revenue opportunities
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the Finance team to set and manage product budgets. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure the profitability and success of our products.
• Establish a transparent, ongoing product visibility process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you have a strong background in Product Management, as a leader, most likely developing easy-to-use customer solutions such as marketplaces or similar where there are several interfaces and user journeys that need to interact. If you also have experiences from SaaS solutions working towards small business and helping them become more productive and efficient then you have a great understanding of Bokadirekt’s challenges. We believe you are pragmatic and commercially minded. You will bring a toolbox of experience within product management, and business development, and use these experiences to take Bokadirekt to the next level.
