About the role 

We are strengthening their talented team with a Creator Acquisition Manager. In this position you will focus on Creator acquisition, which involves identifying talents on a global scale and managing the ongoing relations and partnerships. 

Your extensive network of influencers and creators will play a key part in executing these strategies, enabling Iris to connect with diverse audiences and generate a buzz 

What you’ll do

  • Influencer/creator acquisition – you will identify and build long-lasting relationships with influencers/creators
  • Manage contact with influencers/creators, including negotiation and budget responsibilities
  • Brainstorm new creative approaches in close collaborations with the rest of the team
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Who you are

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in building and managing influencer relations and partnerships. As our ideal candidate, you have experience in influencer acquisition on a global scale. You are engaged and driven and have the ability to navigate in a fast-moving start-up environment. 

Furthermore, you have: 

  • A hands-on approach 
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, content creation, and online communities
  • A strong bias-to-action and used to getting things done in a short timeframe
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building- / networking skills
  • Creative and open mindset with an innate ability to deliver innovative ideas
  • Comfortable with a remote culture and the freedom to work from wherever you want

This is a long-term contract-based remote position that starts as soon as possible
