About the role

As a M365 Architect, you will take ownership of the M365 platform. You will be responsible for the hands-on architecture, analysis, optimization and maintenance of the M365 platform, including Sharepoint. You will work closely with other architects and set directions for a cross-functional team. This role combines architectural expertise with leadership skills to improve efficiency within the IT organization.

About You

We are looking for someone with extensive experience within the Microsoft 365 sphere. You should be proactive, initiative-taking and comfortable working in an autonomous environment. You are a doer and someone who actively engages in the architectural tasks. To succeed in this role, you possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and always maintain a holistic perspective in your work.

Desired skills:

• Extensive experience in large-scale Microsoft environments
• Strong background in Sharepoint as well as Office 365 and ideally Dynamics
• Strong communication skills in explaining technical solutions to all levels
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams 
• Strong architectural skills, setting roadmap and strategies
