The past years have been marked by strong growth and a large number of acquisitions. Now products and technologies need alignment at the same time as continued growth is facilitated. 

About the role

Keystone is now looking for a new CPTO to lead the 60 person strong product- and engineering organization – primarily in Stockholm, but also in Oslo, Sheffield, and Cologne.

You will drive the unification of multiple platforms, acquired companies, and tech stacks into one cohesive product vision. With the help of your leadership team you will guide and motivate the 40+ engineers and 20 product professionals towards creating the best possible user experience across their unified platform – balancing technical excellence, product innovation, and commercial impact in a rapidly evolving, multi-market environment.

As CPTO, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be a core member of the executive leadership team. The role is based in Stockholm.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has led large tech and product teams in fast-scaling environments
• Works closely with commercial stakeholders and understands two-sided marketplace business models
• Brings international experience, ideally from consolidation or multi-entity organizations
• Thrives in entrepreneurial environments and understands the rhythm of capital-efficient growth
• Leads with integrity, humility, and the ability to energize teams through transformation
• Combines vision with operational excellence – you can juggle both strategy and day-to-day execution

Fluency in English is required. Swedish is not required, but the role is based in Stockholm and includes regular travel to other tech hubs.
