Interim Head of Analytics – Hands-on

We’re looking for a passionate Data & Analytics Consultant to join an innovative SaaS company on an exciting journey!

This is a temporary assignment covering a parental leave, running until May 2026. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping democratize data across the organization, shaping revenue strategies, and deepening market insights. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, working at the heart of data-driven decision-making.

As a key player in the Data & Analytics team, you’ll lead important data initiatives, guide a small but skilled team, and build the tools and processes that support thousands of connected businesses in their growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving data strategy and leading key analytics initiatives.
• Delivering actionable insights to help the business make informed decisions.
• Collaborating across teams to strengthen the data culture and ensure data accessibility.
• Working 70% hands-on with data engineering, ML, BI and experimentation, and spending 30% on team leadership and coordination.
