We’re looking for a new colleague. Maybe you’re an experienced tech recruiter who, like us, enjoys working with Sweden’s leading product and tech companies. Or perhaps you’re a tech leader who has built your own teams and knows how to recognize both human potential and technical skills.

At Safemind, our consultants take full ownership of their recruitment projects – but never work alone. Our entire team brings a wide range of expertise to ensure we deliver on every assignment. We also have the privilege of working with some of Sweden’s most exciting and forward-thinking clients, from video games and media to fintech and e-commerce. Almost always fast-moving companies with big ambitions.

We’re looking for

• Solid experience building tech teams
• A strong understanding of product and tech development
• An analytical mindset and the ability to quickly grasp our clients’ needs, limitations, and opportunities
• A genuine interest in new technology, and knowledge of modern workflows and organizations
• Persistence, empathy, and kindness – because recruitment should always keep the human aspect in mind
• The ability to join us at our beautiful Stockholm office at least three days a week – we believe in working together
