About the Team & Role

AFRY IT is a central function supporting our business areas within AFRY and is not a part of the consulting business within AFRY. We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer for our agile development team, which is developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales & Marketing to support the sales process at AFRY.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, Testers, and the Team Lead to develop Dynamics365 and integrations. Agile development methods and a strong sense of team spirit drive our work environment.

The team’s primary focus is on building and enhancing Dynamics 365 and integrations within the Marketing, Customer & Product domain, supporting the sales process.

About You

We are looking for someone with an interest and passion for System Development! Someone who thrives when getting a lot of personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence the technical direction of the team. 

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, we expect you to immerse yourself in the tech and face development challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You are interested in usability to achieve the best possible experience for end-users. You can see both details and have a holistic perspective on the solutions you and your team are working on, and are comfortable in expressing and motivating your ideas and suggestions. Also, you have a genuine interest in an outcome-oriented approach. 

In addition, we expect you to be passionate about sustainable IT solutions and great architecture!

You have:

• Experience in developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience as a developer in modern .NET, .NET Core and C#

Nice to have a good understanding of:

• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• SQL and databases 
• Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse
• Dynamics plugins and Dynamic Flows
• SharePoint Development and Microsoft Forms
