Managing Director

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of an international technology and digital professional services consultancy. The company is now looking for a Managing Director to lead its continued growth.

Responsibilities
– You will hold full profit and loss responsibility for the Swedish market, driving both revenue growth and overall business performance.
– You will lead a team of highly skilled leaders, fostering their continued development while collectively building the industry’s leading consulting agency.
– With a strong commercial mindset, you will identify and capitalize on new opportunities across both existing and new business.
– You will be responsible for organizational and people development, playing a key role in attracting and retaining top talent.
– As part of the group leadership team, you will actively contribute to strategic decisions and report directly to the Group CEO.

Your Profile
– You bring experience from a senior leadership role within a consulting environment, with a strong commercial and digital focus—ideally from a growth company.
– You have a proven track record of leading management teams in a strategic and results-driven manner, and are comfortable leading through other leaders.
– You are skilled at fostering engagement and building strong team spirit in organizations where employees are empowered to take ownership and make decisions.
– You have the ability to successfully lead high-performing organizations in a fast-changing environment, particularly within the evolving digital landscape.
– You combine strategic thinking with operational execution and have experience managing revenue and profitability targets, including full budget responsibility.
– You hold a relevant academic degree.
